In addition to breakfast, lunch and five-course dinner meals, you can enjoy: afternoon tea; a stir-fry or pasta buffet; an ice cream bar; hot hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hours; an evening espresso or cappuccino; and the traditional late-night snack (one of which will be our Dutch Chocolate Extravaganza). Or, try the Terrace Grill, located outside, featuring hamburgers and hot dogs as well as a taco bar and a daily special. And, of course, complimentary room service is available 24 hours a day. Casual dining is available in the Lido Restaurant every night.

Interested in a golf cruise? We're ready for you! In addition to golf excursions on shore, guests of ms Prinsendam may rent clubs and equipment onboard and get personalized lessons from professional instructors.

Enrichment Activities
In addition to our award-winning shore excursions, each Holland America cruise ship offers a wide variety of onboard personal enrichment activities. All ships offer our exclusive Explorations Speaker Series with guest lecturers on a vast array of topics including regional history, culture and art. Additionally, we offer interdenominational worship services and 24-hour email and Internet access.

As part of our Signature of Excellence^™ initiative, our new Explorations Café powered by The New York Times offers pastry and espresso, the Discovery Times Channel, books, music, maps and Internet research assistance. Our Culinary Arts Center is a state-of the art demonstration kitchen offering interactive cooking lessons, each limited to 16 guests.

Quiet Time
For quieter moments, visit the library or join a game of bridge in the card room. Enjoy conversation with new friends over an espresso. Our spacious ships offer plenty of cozy corners and traditional wooden deck chairs for those who wish to spend time reading, writing letters or watching the ever changing sea.

Art Tours and Auction
Art lovers will enjoy guided tours of the ships' multi-million dollar collections of art and antiques. In addition, Parkwest Galleries manages onboard auctions where guests may purchase works of art and arrange for in-home delivery.
